THREE talented local singers will be giving their support to Home- Start Herefordshire on September 21 at The Courtyard, helping the local charity celebrate 30 years of supporting families throughout the county.

Young Herefordian Emily Beament, who studied musical theatre at Italia Conti for two years, has a huge passion for music and singing and is currently working on writing her own music and recording a new album, while gigging around London.

Dan Scott is the charismatic lead singer with the emerging pop band Daniel and the Scandals, heard recently at Rock the Ford, and has been writing songs for years. For this event he’ll be breaking away from his band to perform a stripped down acoustic set that promises catchy tunes and emotional performances.

Following backing from various parts of the music industry, including from Tom Robinson (BBC Radio 6 Music), Andrew Marston (BBC Hereford and Worcester) and RecordOfTheDay.

Daniel is one to watch and looks to have a bright future ahead of him.

Local singer Aaron’s musical career started when he won a national singing competition, seeing off more than 3,500 other singers. That was eight years ago, and he’s since performed at more than 800 live gigs, touring in Germany, France and the UK.

All three artists are generously appearing free as a favour to the charity which offers support to families finding it difficult to cope.
