HEREFORD’S nightclubs are gearing up for another fun-filled weekend.

Saxtys is hosting a magic and “mind stunts” event tonight (Thursday) with Mark Townsend, certain to keep revellers spellbound.

Guests are asked to arrive at 7pm, and tickets are £20 per person. Call 01432 357872 to book your table.

The Widemarsh Street venue will then open its dancefloor tomorrow (Friday) with Andrew Mawdsley playing the best old school dance anthems and floor-fillers, while dance and house will be the theme on Saturday, with DJ Kris Manning.

Play kicks-off its weekend tonight (Thursday) with Ian Davies playing all the best chart, R&B and dance classics.

Tomorrow (Friday) night Silko will be in Room 1 at Play with a selection of R&B, dance classics and chart music, while Mark “Big Dog” Baker will be in Room 2 at Play 54 with his dance floor fillers.

Saturday sees Silko in Room 2 at Play 54 with tracks from the noughties, while DJ D-Tone will fill Room 1 with the best club anthems and R&B DJ Unknown closes the weekend at Play on Sunday with the very best R&B sounds.

Fusion starts the weekend tonight (Thursday) with Roddy Hankins playing the best from the 70s, 80s, 90s, and noughties, and the 90s and noughties is carried through to tomorrow (Friday). Mark Baker is then in the Commercial Road venue on Saturday playing his dancefloor fillers.

Grime, bassline and UK funky beats will be pumping out of the Jailhouse tomorrow (Friday) night as garage club nights return with (garage) residents Notion, NKC, Farrell, Kynch and Aaja Rudewya playing all night long (10pm to 3am 18+ ID may be required). On Saturday at the Jailhouse, Spunky presents the Golden Glowsticks Award with MC Wotsee.

Mamma Jammas in West Street will once again be playing the best indie, punk, ska and classic rock music tomorrow (Friday), while Saturday is Dirty Disco night.

In Ross-on-Wye, Charlies Bar is open tonight (Thursday) until Sunday and Euphoria in Leominster opens tomorrow (Friday) and Saturday.
