THE Minerva String Quartet and Hereford Cathedral School Chamber Choir are joining forces for a concert at Holy Trinity Church in Hereford at 7.30pm tomorrow.

Both groups have performed in the Three Choirs Festival and are looking forward to sharing the concert platform.

The quality of the Minerva String Quartet’s playing has led to recording work for the BBC, providing incidental music for Radio 4 plays as well as soundtracks for Channel 4 productions.The Chamber Choir has won the Elgar in Hereford Young Musicians’ Award and in 2008 reached the category final of BBC Radio 3 Choir of the Year.
