Jemima Phillips is one of the outstanding harpists of her generation. But she is no ordinary harpist. She plays an electro-acoustic harp and has adapted many jazz, rock, blues, TV shows and Bollywood pieces, as well as familiar classical pieces to her unique way of playing. She is the former official harpist to The Prince of Wales and has appeared at many famous royal and official events in the UK and overseas.
She will be playing for the Friends of St Thomas a Becket Church, Huntington for their Mid-Summer Concert on Saturday, June 17 at 7pm.
The concert will be followed by a free garden party in the grounds of Huntington Court (by kind permission of William and Fiona Shone.) For tickets, go to huntingtonchurch.co.uk, or call Fiona Shone on 01544 370391.
