London Contemporary Dance School bring their postgraduate performance company EDge 2017 to The Courtyard this May.

An evening of bold performances await as fourteen exceptional dancers take to the stage, performing unusual work by a collection of new and award-winning choreographers. The show will feature three world-premieres from Tony Adigun, Karen and Allan Kaeja and Patricia Okenwa. Alongside these performances will also be a restaging of the Shobana Jeyasingh creation, Strange Blooms which explores the anatomy of plant cells under a microscope.

There will also be an opportunity to discover what life is like as a dancer with a touring company by attending the Q&A session after the performance.

Young people aged 14 – 25 can get 10 per cent off this show with The Courtyard Card. Sign up for free now on The Courtyard’s website or at the Box Office.

EDge 2017 will be in The Courtyard’s Main House on Tuesday, May 23 at 7.30pm. To book, call the box office on 01432 340555 or visit courtyard.org.uk
