THE extraordinary Geordie musical pranksters ÜberLoon are coming to Ludlow.

Eccentric ÜberLoon, with their tendency to wear knitted beards, will be playing Thai gongs, vibraphone, violin, banjo, accordion, percussion and vocal assortment. They have recently been described by Crack magazine as, "sounding not unlike something from a 1930s tea-dance where the tea has been spiked with something stronger than Darjeeling".

ÜberLoon have a unique and vibrant sound with real percussive charm which has has seen them being asked to perform at the Secret Garden Party festival and Glastonbury. They have also created music for film (Channel 4) and international theatre.

ÜberLoon will be at De Koffie Pot at The Left Bank tomorrow at 8pm. Entry is free.
