RENOWNED jazz and blues guitarist Remi Harris is playing at St Peter’s Centre in Peterchurch tomorrow.

The gifted 27-year-old is regarded by many as one of the UK's top up-and-coming young jazz guitarists, and in 2015 was awarded second place in the Rising Star Category of The British Jazz Awards while his band also came second in the Small Group Category.

Remi enjoyed a phenomenal 2015, including performances on BBC Radio 2 as Jamie Cullum's featured performer at the 2015 Cheltenham Jazz Festival as well as performing on BBC Radio 3’s In Tune. "Incredible guitarist... I'm absolutely blown away by his talent" Jamie Cullum.

Following his performance on Jamie Cullum's show, Remi's album Ninick went to No 7 in the iTunes Top Jazz Albums chart and peaked at No 6 in Amazon's Bestsellers in Jazz.
