ARTS Alive comes over all French with a hearty serving of Parisian folk music, chansons réalistes (made famous by Edith Piaf), unforgettable jazz standards and the occasional pop tune.

Oh la la! features rich and evocative accordion sounds, the delicious voice of Fifi La Mer, and her incredible ensemble featuring violinist extraordinaire Charles Louis D’Ince, the crème de la crème of guitarists Xavier Laroche, and groovy bass player Will de Biste. The band has previously appeared at the Royal Opera House, the Queen Elizabeth Hall, National Theatre and now with Arts Alive.

Enjoy Oh la la! Jazz and Pop with a French Twist at Cawley Hall, Eye on Saturday, November 28 at 7.30pm. Ticket includes a glass of wine, French bread and cheese. To book, call 01568 615836.
