HEREFORDSHIRE-based band Puma Creek, who have been delighting audiences around the country with their blend of bluesy groove and jazz, will be playing at The Victory on Sunday, September 20 in aid of Blackmarston School.
The band released their debut album, Continental Circus, in December last year, recorded at KJM Studios in Herefordshire where it was also mixed and produced by Corin Myatt. The band’s guitarist, and founder Mark O’Donnell explains that “Corin is great friend who offers an invaluable source of advice and his experience really brings the best out in us”. In fact, it was Corin that Mark went to early last year with a bunch of demos and ideas and a couple of months later, Puma Creek was born.
Mark is joined by Peter Cabara on the bass, Pedro Brown playing drums and Chris Armstrong taking care of the vocals. Puma Creek play all their own material which is inspired by primarily blues and early rock and roll.

Puma Creek will be at The Victory on Sunday, September 20 from 7.30pm. Free entry, but donations to support Blackmarston School welcome.
