OMG Herefordshire is back and ready to showcase the best of the county’s young musicians at the county's leg of the region-wide OMG Live competition at The Courtyard.
The line-up promises a lively mix of singers, rappers and instrumentalists, with eight performers (six acts) taking to the stage: "We're really excited by the acts that have come through this year," said Rob Strawson, director of The Music Pool and member of the short-listing panel. "We are once again highly impressed by the standards young Herefordian musicians are capable of and look forward to seeing them perform in person."
But the competition doesn't end with this leg. Once the winner has been decided, they will then be invited to a number of masterclasses before performing at the Genting Arena (formerly the LG Arena) in Birmingham in April.
Last year's winner Raye Harvey will also perform at the event on Sunday, February 8 at 6.30pm.
