PUT on your blue suede shoes and get down to The Courtyard next month for The Elvis Years.

Exactly six decades after Elvis Presley first walked into Sun Studios in Memphis as a teenage truck driver, this production brings to life the story of ‘The King’.

This concert tour production of the West End Show, Jailhouse Rock, stars Mario Kombou, with Ivor Novello award winning musical director David Mackay leading the band.

Kombou’s extraordinary tour de force performance as the King of rock and roll brilliantly captures the musical life of Elvis and includes more than 40 favourite hits, from the early, innovative days of That’s Alright Mama, to the movie years of GI Blues and Jailhouse Rock, plus the famous ’68 comeback special finishing with the stunning performances of Las Vegas and Suspicious Minds.

The Elvis Years will be at The Courtyard on Friday, January 16 at 7.30pm. To book, call the box office on 01432 340555 or visit courtyard.org.uk
