Local artist exhibits in Beijing and Walterstone

AN artist who has lived in Herefordshire for more than 30 years, is currently exhibiting her paintings in Beijing.

But there is no need to travel to China to see Caroline Hands’ work as it can also be seen at the Monnow Valley Arts Centre in Walterstone throughout h.Art week and for a week afterwards, until September 27.

Caroline has felt a connection with China since childhood visits to the British Museum and has discovered an appreciation of her work there.

See Caroline Hands’ paintings at The Studio, Monnow Valley Arts Centre until September 27. Open 11am to 5pm daily during h.Art week, then Wednesday to Friday,11am to 6pm, Saturday and Sunday 2pm to 5pm.
