AFTER serving as a Church of England priest for more than 10 years, Mark Townsend resigned in 2007 to work as a magician and spiritual writer.
While still an ordained member of the Church, he now also follows a more nature-based spiritual path and believes that much can be learned from our pre-Christian Celtic ancestors.
The Leominster writer’s new book, The Path of The Blue Raven, is about a struggling man who has wrestled with questions all his life, searched for meaning and discovered it in unexpected places.
The book also includes some breathtaking, real-life accounts of others who have found great healing and blessing through Earth-based wisdom, among them a Christian Bishop, a bestselling novelist, a native American artist and a US Navy sailor who is an ex-Catholic monk.
The Path of the Blue Raven is available to pre-order at amazon.co.uk
