PACKED with jazz legends and contemporary musicians, the Cheltenham Jazz Festival runs from Wednesday until May 2.
Jamie Cullum is guest director, with his own headline concert selling out in record time.
He’s invited some of his favourite artists to perform at the festival, among them Norwegian starlet Susanna, an acoustic sextet from Mercury Prize-nominated pianist Kit Downes and soulful trip-hop and jazz grooves from rising singer-songwriter Andreya Triana. The festival also brings Dame Cleo Laine and Dave Holland’s Overtone Quartet to town.
