ROGUE Theatre makes a welcome return to Arts Alive with a new show, The Family – an evening of stories, dark secrets, music and intrigue.
An eccentric family live in an isolated mansion deep in the forest. As the evening erupts into a sudden revelation of astonishing stories and secrets the party atmosphere is disturbed by a haunting, and a figure in the shadows.
With tales of piracy and lost fame woven together with Gothic poetry, The Family promises powerful narrative, vibrant spectacle, fantasy, the supernatural, acrobatics, horror and cabaret.
“Last year Rogue caused a real stir, especially with teenage audiences,” says Arts Alive director Sian Kerry. “We are also taking part in the Arts Council’s A Night Less Ordinary scheme, which allows the under-26s to see any Arts Alive performance free, depending on availability.”
The show is at Ledbury’s Market Theatre tomorrow, Friday, at 8pm. Book in advance on 01531 636147 .
