Kington concert for Haiti earthquake victims

NORTH Herefordshire Massed Choir, in conjunction with Save the Children, will perform Mozart’s Requiem K. 626 at St Mary’s Church, Kington, on Saturday, February 27, in aid of the Haiti Earthquake Relief Fund.

Rehearsals will begin tomorrow (Friday) at the Baptist church upper hall, Bridge Street, Kington, and on subsequent Fridays until the concert.

Anybody is welcome, especially members from previous concerts for the Tsunami Appeal, Make Poverty History and the Italian Earthquake fund.

Inexperienced singers are also welcome, as plenty of help will be given.
