LEADING Ludlow estate agents, Nock Deighton, have celebrated a double whammy at the company's annual awards ceremony.

The team at the Ludlow office were presented with the coveted Top Office Shield, and the Chairman's Award for the Employee of the Year went to Ludlow's senior negotiator, Debbie Perrott.

As a company, Nock Deighton has experienced a particularly buoyant year and is still receiving many enquiries for property from buyers from busier parts of the country.

Ludlow office manager, Susan Northwood, said: "Ludlow and the surrounding area will always attract demand from such buyers as it is such a beautiful area to live in.

"I am very proud of the Ludlow team who have worked exceedingly hard during the year to achieve such excellent results."

Director, Michael Nettleton, announced the winners at the ceremony and said it had been an excellent year for the property market in Shropshire.

He added: "All of our offices have worked hard, which is why we organise the annual celebration evening - it's a good chance to say thank you to our staff for their dedication.

"We have a truly professional and experienced team in Ludlow and they have again exceeded expectations, so congratulations to them."

The awards were presented by Nock Deighton's chairman, Robin Nettleton, at the ceremony which was held at Delbury Hall in Craven Arms.

Ludlow office is expecting another record breaking year and welcomes the opportunity to undertake a free market appraisal.
