THE Hereford office of Knight Frank is excited to announce that Sam Burston has joined the team to strengthen further their coverage of Herefordshire, Shropshire and Monmouthshire.

Sam, recently of Hayes in Ledbury, will concentrate on the core areas of Herefordshire, leaving Anthony Clay to cover Monmouthshire and Jonathan Bengough, North Herefordshire and Shropshire. In addition, Sam has agreed to assume the role of office head, allowing Anthony to concentrate on both his home county and forthcoming role of High Sherriff of Monmouthshire and Gwent. Sam has a proactive and energetic approach and strongly believes in providing excellent customer care. He is delighted to join such a knowledgeable and experienced team in Hereford and Knight Frank as a whole.

“We are all very excited by the new format of the office which will allow us to build further our reputation as one of the key firms of property professionals in the region. Knight Frank is such a fantastic company with a heritage built around providing the very best service for our clients. We have unrivalled access to buyers from outside the area, particularly buyers from London and the southeast. There is often a misconception that we only deal with very high-end properties. While this is a very important area for us, we provide the same high level of service and marketing for all types of period, character and equestrian properties. I look forward to building on this in Herefordshire with such a professional and experienced team," said Sam.
