FOLLOWING an outstanding performance last year, local estate agency Connells in Hereford has been named as one of the company’s top-performing branches in 2014.
The accolade has been attributed to the local team’s skill, hard work and outstanding levels of customer service and saw them beat off over 100 other Connells offices based around the UK to take the award.
“We are absolutely thrilled to be one of Connells’ top performing branches,” said Martin Pearce, director at Connells Hereford. “The entire team is dedicated to helping local home buyers, sellers, investors, tenants and landlords fulfil their property objectives and we work very hard to deliver excellent customer service.
“Last year was another busy year as local home buyers became more confident on the back of stamp duty changes, low interest rates and the Help to Buy scheme,” Martin continued. “We anticipate that 2015 will be even busier and we are ready to help even more customers move home.”
