SUNDERLANDS & Thompsons, Herefordshire's leading auctioneers had an excellent response to their final property auction of 2014 on November 20 at The Green Dragon Hotel in Hereford.
Four lots were auctioned by auctioneer Graham Baker and there was a packed room to see all lots sell for in excess of their guide prices.
Lot one - Llanmore House, Tretire, St Owens Cross was guided at £230,000 and achieved £255,000.
Lot two - Birley Hill Cottage, Bush Bank was guided at £230,000 - £240,000 and achieved £260,000.
Lot three - 1 and 2 Orlham Cottage, Leddington, Ledbury was guided at £200,00 - £225,000 and achieved £240,000.
Lot four - Land on Hampton Park Road was guided at in excess of £30,000 and achieved £93,000.
