Peppercorn Cottage is a traditional, listed Cotswold stone cottage which has been recently refurbished and has far reaching views over the Windrush valley.
The accommodation is light and airy and is accessed by a partially glazed stone porch through a solid oak door. From the porch is a kitchen/dining room with electric hob, double oven and floor and wall mounted storage and a cloakroom. The sitting room has a wood burning stove and is linked to the kitchen area through a passage way with under-stair storage. From the kitchen a staircase rises to the first floor where there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom.
Peppercorn Cottage is approached along a shared driveway and has space for parking and a small paved terrace with a garden shed.
Peppercorn Cottage is situated just outside the picturesque and sought after North Cotswold village of Naunton, which lies in the Windrush Valley between Stow on the Wold and Cheltenham. The village has a church, chapel, pub and golf club, Naunton Downs Golf Club which is easily accessed from Peppercorn Cottage. Stow on the Wold has a variety of shops for most everyday needs whilst Cheltenham is within 11 miles and provides an extensive range of cultural, leisure, shopping and educational amenities. A regular main-line train service runs from Kingham Station with services to London, Paddington taking approximately 80 minutes.
