Pramek is an effective, realistic and proven martial art. It is an universal theory-first martial art which is easy to learn and fun to practice. Pramek is derived from Kadnochikov Systema and american combatives, and combines a solid theoretical basis with pragmatic realism. Pramek can be used on its own or as part of your current martial art. Pramek Hereford DLP is the first Pramek group in the UK, and one of the first in Europe.
