YEAR 11 pupils got the red carpet treatment at the John Kyrle High School dinner and dance.
It has become a tradition for the Ross-on-Wye students to meet at the school, before heading off by vintage bus to The Chase Hotel.
The school runs a Passport to the Prom reward scheme, where if pupils fulfil a range of criteria throughout the school year, they receive a golden ticket for the event.
During the evening, staff paid special tribute to Elspeth Sims, assistant head of year 11, who is stepping down from her position after 39 years at the school.
