FANCY dress costumes worn by pupils and teachers at a Presteigne school were 'out of this world'.
The 'space' theme at Presteigne Primary School saw staff and children in years three and four don an array of fancy dress costumes including aliens, a NASA astronaut and even a rocket.
During the 'out of this world' day they read space poetry, re-enacted the landing on the moon drama, and made 'Rocky Road' space food and menus.
This is the third year the pupils have worked on a special theme.
