A LEOMINSTER-based charity is running a series of tree care workshops.
Caring for God's Acre has organised a number of events relating to the upkeep of churchyards and trees as part of the Churchyard Task Team Project.
On Saturday (March 29) tree expert Phil Evans and ecologist Hilary Smith will be at churchyards in south Shropshire to cover topics including tree health assessments, growing and tree preservation orders.
Hilary said the event would be great for amateurs or anyone responsible for a churchyard, cemetery or park.
A minibus will transport volunteers and tools to carry out conservation tasks.
