A COUNTY school has celebrated its 135th birthday with a Victorian Day.
Pupils at Canon Pyon Primary School wore Victorian costume throughout the day to mirror what children would have been wearing when the school opened back in 1873.
In the afternoon, the school opened its doors to parents and village residents, who were able to view photos of the school through the years.
Everyone also enjoyed a slice of birthday cake.
