RUDGE John David The Family wish to express their sincere thanks to all, for kind messages of sympathy, attendance at the Funeral Service, and for donations received for Diabetic UK and British Heart Foundation. Special thanks to Staff and Mrs Karen Evans (Manager) at Gwen Walford House. Also the Staff at Hereford County Hospital, Ambulance Service, Abbey Care and District Nurses and Doctors from both Surgeries.
