PRICE David. Of Kingsland. Sue, Matthew and Stephen wish to thank all Relatives and Friends for the kind messages of sympathy and support they have received since David passed away. Thanks are also given to all those who attended his Funeral and for generous donations received in David’s memory, which will be given to St Michael's Hospice. We would like to thank the Reverend Julie Read for taking such a beautiful Service and also the Nurses on Arrow Ward, Hereford and to Leominster District Nurses for their invaluable help and care during David's illness. The support you have all given to the Family has been immensely uplifting and greatly appreciated. Thank you also extended to Victoria Allen Funeral Services for their professional help and guidance at this difficult time. Thank you all
