COOK Gillian Kathleen. Suddenly at her home in Leominster on July 14th, 2012, aged 57 years. Funeral Service to be held at Hereford Crematorium on Friday, July 27th, at 3.45 p.m. A special thank you to Leominster District Nurses and Radis Carers. No flowers by request. Donations for Midlands Air Ambulance, may be sent to R W Mann & Son, 51, West Street, Leominster. HR6 8EP.
