EVANS Thomas Ailwyn (Jack) Passed away peacefully at Hazelhurst Nursing Home on December 24th, 2017. Aged 95 years. A much loved husband of Barbara. Father to Mike, Pam and Julian. A respected father-in-law with five Grandchildren and thirteen Great Grandchildren. Uncle Jack to many. The Funeral Service will take place at St Weonard's Church on Saturday, January 6th at 11.30 a.m. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, for St Weonard's Church or Much Birch Surgery and may be sent to William Bevan Funeral Directors, 16 Old Gloucester Road, Ross on Wye. HR9 5QA. Tel: 01989 562092
