SMITH Sydney Patrick (Pat) Passed away suddenly on June 19th, 2017. Aged 81 years. Beloved husband to Dulcie, loving father to Vivian, Ian, Allan and Gary. Beloved Grandad to three generations. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Funeral will take place at Hereford Crematorium on Friday July 7th, 2017 at 12.45pm. Family flowers only.
