PERKS Maureen “Mo” Passed away peacefully at Home with her husband Derek at her side on May 13th, after a six year battle with cancer. Loving mother to Jacqueline and Philip. A much loved grandmother and great grandmother. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, May 27th, 2016 at Hereford Crematorium at 11.15 a.m. No flowers, but please buy yourself something to remember her by. No black to be worn please only bright colours. A special thank you to Doctors and Staff at Wargrave House Surgery and all medical Staff involved in her treatment.
