A PHOTOGRAPHER has captured on camera the scene at a fly-tipping hotspot in Leominster.
Jim Wood photographed the site on the A44 to Monkland Road at Barons Cross where he says the brambles are growing over fridge freezers and other white goods.
Mr Wood said the site has only been partially cleared once in the past year.
DEFRA announced last week that fly-tipping had increased by seven per cent, with more than one million incidents dealt with by councils in England in 2016-17, costing taxpayers £58m to clear up.
It was the fourth year in a row that incidents increased.
