Sainsbury's in Hereford has chosen Herefordshire Carers Support as its latest charity of the year.
The charity offers advice and support to carers of all ages, including grandparents and siblings, parents who have children with a disability or long-term condition and adults who care for other adults.
As well as raising funds which will be spent on supporting carers in the county, the charity and Sainsbury's will be working together to look at issues faced by carers in the workplace and how these might be addressed.
"Herefordshire Carers Support has captured the hearts of Sainsbury's staff with its dedication, commitment and enthusiasm," said Chelsie Jones, PR ambassador for Sainsbury's Hereford.
"We are looking to raise money and awareness over the next year."
The store will be launching the charity from 10am to 4pm on Saturday, August 9.
