AN opportunity is on offer for children to win a "mini-make" with CBeebies' Mister Maker at this year's Flavours of Herefordshire Festival.
Twenty lucky winners will get the chance to join the ultimate arts and crafter in a very special workshop, where the star will be helping his mini-makers to create their own watermelon to take away.
The successful entrants will join Mister Maker in the Enchanted Garden children’s area, supported by Hereford Cathedral School, on Sunday August 24.
To enter, all children have to do is design a ‘Welcome to Herefordshire’ card showing Mister Maker what Herefordshire has to offer.
It could be 3D, pop-up, windowed or just great artwork and must be no larger than A4.
The competition will be open to age categories three to four, five to six and seven to 11 and entries must be received by July 1.
Entries must include the child's name, age, school, telephone number and address on the back of the entry and sent in an A4 stamped address envelope.
The address is: Mister Maker Competition, Hereford Cathedral School, Old Deanery, The Cathedral Close, Hereford, HR1 2NG.
